These terms apply to every purchase of Sabko Software™ products and services from P+A Consultancy Services Pvt Ltd (“we”, “us”), through the website sabkosoftware.com or otherwise. By paying for a product you agree to them.
1. What you buy
Sabko products are cloud software that we set up in your own online account. You buy a one-time licence to use the product you pay for in one business, for up to 50 staff unless your invoice says otherwise. The licence cannot be resold, shared with another business or published.
2. Prices and payment
Prices are shown on the Pricing page in Indian Rupees and do not include GST, which is charged at the applicable rate (currently 18%). Offer prices apply only until the end date shown. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details. A GST invoice is emailed after payment.
3. Setup and support
Online setup is included. For 30 days from delivery, help is free: the setup call, one check-in and two support calls. Fixes for errors in our code (bugs) are free for 6 months from delivery. Outside these, each support call is charged at ₹500, or you can take an annual maintenance contract (AMC) at the price shown on the Pricing page, which covers bug fixes, updates and phone/WhatsApp help. On-site setup and custom work are charged separately as shown on the Pricing page.
4. Your responsibilities
You need a free email account that we set the product up in, an internet connection and a phone or computer with a modern browser. You are responsible for the data you enter, for who you give access to, and for keeping your account password secure. Please keep the backups the product offers.
5. Your data
Your business data stays in your own account. We access it only when you give us access for setup or support. See our Privacy Policy.
6. Limits
We test every product before release and fix reported bugs, but no software is free of errors. Please check important figures such as salary and accounts before you rely on them. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. We are not liable for indirect losses or for outages of third-party cloud services.
6A. What the software depends on
Sabko products are built for use with Google Sheets™, Google Apps Script and a Google account, and run on Google’s services. They need a working internet connection, and some features need the phone’s GPS (location) and camera. They do not work offline.
We are not responsible for, and do not give refunds because of: outages, limits, price or policy changes of Google; a Google account being locked, suspended or deleted; internet, mobile network or power problems; problems with your phone, computer or browser, or permissions such as location or camera being turned off; or events beyond our control (force majeure), such as natural disasters, government orders or strikes.

8. Trademark
Sabko, Sabko Software and the Sabko logo are trademarks of P+A Consultancy Services Pvt Ltd.
9. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction.
