Cancellation before setup
If you cancel within 7 days of payment and before we have started setup in your account, you get a full refund.
After setup
Once a product is set up in your account, the licence is delivered and cannot be returned, so the licence fee is not refundable. If the product does not work as described, tell us within 6 months of delivery and we will fix it. If we cannot fix a problem that stops the product from working as described, we will refund the licence fee for that product.
AMC, visits and custom work
AMC can be cancelled at any time; the year already paid for is not refunded. On-site visit and custom work charges are refundable only if the work has not started.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method through Razorpay within 7 working days of approval. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
