This policy explains how P+A Consultancy Services Pvt Ltd (“we”) handles personal data on this website and in providing Sabko Software™, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
- Demo and contact forms: your name, mobile number, and if you give them, email, city, business name, staff count and message.
- Payments: handled by Razorpay. We receive your name, contact details and payment status, never your card, UPI or bank details.
- Website logs: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages visited) for security.
Why we use it
To call or message you about the demo or product you asked about, to deliver and support what you bought, to send invoices, and to meet legal and tax requirements. We do not sell or rent your data.
Where it is kept
Form entries are stored on this website and in our customer register. Data you enter in a Sabko product stays in your own account; we see it only when you give us access for setup or support.
Cookies
This website uses only the cookies WordPress needs to work. We do not use advertising cookies.
How long we keep it
Enquiry data is kept for up to 2 years after our last contact. Invoice records are kept for as long as tax law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent to be contacted, by writing to socialsabko@gmail.com. We reply within 30 days.
