How you receive the product
After payment we contact you within 1 working day to fix a setup time. We set up the product in your own account over a video call, usually within 3 working days of payment, as soon as you share access. You receive the setup guide and your GST invoice by email.
On-site setup
If you booked an office visit (Delhi NCR), we agree the date with you on the phone.
